Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, and astro magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are highly possible to be exchanged by fake products on the customer end also rings/jewellery/bracelets or and kind of wearable made with specific fitting size for a person can not be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer before consulting us.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
After refunde accpected, within 14 days payment will be in your bank account.
Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (If Applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach yu, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 10,000/- INR , you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
Shipping Policy Shipping within India –
Astro Arun Pandit offers free shipping on all orders within India. We deliver through safe & fast courier services like DTDC, Blue dart etc. We use Postal service for remote/rural areas where the courier companies have no service. International Shipping – International shipping i.e. outside India is charged as applicable. All shipments are sent through reputed courier service providers such as FedEx, UPS & DHL etc. All our Shipments are insured. The Insurance cost is included in our shipping cost and you do not need to pay anything extra.
Dispatch Time :-
The time to get your order ready depends if it is to be studded in Jewellery or certified by any Laboratory of your choice in addition to the Reputed Laboratory Certificate provided by us. It normally takes 4-5 days to stud the Gemstone into jewellery piece. However, Loose Gemstone or Ready Items are dispatched same day to 2 days from the day of order.

Delivery Time :-
It takes 2 – 3 days to deliver in Metro Cities in India & 3 – 7 days to deliver in other parts of India from date of dispatch. It takes 7 to 10 days for International orders to be delivered by our shipping partners.

If you are ordering it from outside india it will take 30-35 days to deliver. If we face any problem while delivering we will refund you the amount within 40-45 days ( applicable in international only ). We are delivering in more than 150 countries

Please be advised that we are not responsible for any custom charges, duties, VAT, etc. that your country may be charging as these vary from case-to-case and are beyond our reach. But, we fully co-operate & provide our sincere support in this regard as we have enough experience in this field. So, feel free to contact us if you have any query or doubt at any point of time. However, note that currently there is no import duty on loose gemstones in the US, Canada and Europe. In other countries, this typically ranges around 1% only. Additionally, professional buyers can also recover the VAT. You are advised to contact your local custom authorities for any clarification. Also, please note that for international orders that AFTER dispatch, are either refused by the customer, or cancelled, the customer will be liable for all custom duties and VAT charged by their country, in order to return the items back to us. Only after receipt of the item by us, any balance due to the customer, less all fees, custom duties and VAT, will be refunded to the customer as per the refund timeline.
